IMPORTANT INFORMATION & FEES

  • AxiTrader will cover all fees usually charged by our acquiring banks and payment processors instead of passing on the cost to you (a saving of 0.5% - 2.89%)
  • We can only cover fees that we see. If you incur a separate non-transactional fee from your bank or payment provider, any such fee will be your responsibility, so please make sure you check with your bank or institution if you’re unsure. Examples include:
    • A Credit Card provider may view a payment made to AxiTrader as a cash advance and bill you according to your Credit Card’s cash advance rules
    • An international bank transfer payment to or from an international banking institution, including intermediaries, may attract fees from any party
  • If there is sufficient evidence that deposits made are not for trading purposes, AxiTrader reserve the right to reverse our fee coverage when a withdrawal is made
  • AxiTrader strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) law.
  • That means all money deposited into your account must come from a bank account or Credit Card in the same name as your AxiTrader trading account. We cannot accept funds from third parties.
  • Payments will be returned to the originating account. For example, when funding by Credit Card, a withdrawal can only be returned to that same Credit Card. The same applies to funding by bank account.
  • AxiCorp is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FCA Reference Number 509746 and to ensure that client funds are adequately protected the Financial Conduct Authority has established and enforces Client Assets (CASS) rules. These rules require the holding of client monies for Retail Customers in client trust accounts and the segregation of those monies from an investment firm’s own monies.

We have made it easy to directly transfer your trading account funds from your current broker to AxiTrader. Simply use the form below for a smooth transition of your funds.

Your AxiTrader account and other broker account that funds are transferred from must have the same account names.

  1. Download the Broker Transfer Form here.  
  2. Scan and send the form to service@axitrader.co.uk and to your current brokers’ support desk.  
  3. The Client Services team will then take care of the funds transfer for you.
