  • What methods can I use to fund my account?

    You can fund your account by:

  • How long does it take to fund my account?

    This will depend on the funding method you wish to choose:

  • How can I withdraw funds from my account?

    You can withdraw your funds by logging on the Client Portal.

  • How long does it take to receive my funds?

  • What happens if I want to withdraw but my debit/credit card used for funding has expired?

    We will need evidence from your Bank confirming that your debit or credit card has expired and a Bank statement dated within the last 3 months displaying your name, address and account number. Please submit your withdrawal request on our Client Portal and email your supporting evidence and Bank statement to service@axitrader.com

  • Will AxiTrader process withdrawals to Skrill/ Neteller/ or other e-wallets?

    We can return funds to your Neteller account but Skrill payments will be returned directly to your Bank account. AxiTrader does not support any other e-wallet services.

  • Can I add a new Bank account to withdraw to?

    Yes you can. Please log on the Client Portal to add another Bank account.

  • What should I do if the card I used to fund my account with is closed, lost, stolen or expired ?

    We will need evidence from your Bank confirming that your debit or credit card either has been closed, lost, stolen or expired and a Bank statement dated within the last 3 months displaying your name, address and account number for the account that you wish to nominate for your withdrawal. Please submit your withdrawal request on the Client Portal account and email your supporting evidence and Bank statement to service@axitrader.com

  • What if I have open positions when I submit a withdrawal request?

    When you make a withdrawal the amount will be automatically deducted from your equity. You can no longer use this amount for covering your open positions so please calculate this figure carefully before making a withdrawal and ensure that the remaining amount is sufficient for your purposes. Please bear in mind that managing your margin and risk is your responsibility. If your withdrawal causes your existing trades to be closed out we will not be able to help you.

  • Can I deposit and withdraw funds to third parties?

    Third party payments are not allowed whether you are funding your account or making a withdrawal. We can only accept funds from a source bearing the account holder’s name. Equally we can only return funds to a source which bears the name of the rightful owner of the account.

  • What is considered a 3rd party?

    Any card, Bank account, e-wallet which is not held in your name is considered to be a 3rd party.
