  • Is AxiTrader regulated?

    Yes. AxiTrader is authorised and regulated by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), AFSL number 318232.

    AxiTrader UK is a trading name of AxiCorp Limited which is registered in England and Wales under registered number 06378544. AxiCorp is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Reference Number 509746.

  • What kind of services does Axitrader provide?

    Axitrader is an execution only FX, index and commodities broker. We also offer the ability to manage your own client funds, as well as a program find and nurture new money managers.

  • Where are your trading servers located?

    All AxiTrader servers are located in New York and are hosted by Equinix in the NY4 Data Centre.

  • Who is your liquidity provider?

    Axitrader uses a selection of liquidity providers including top tier banks as well as smaller banks and brokerages. These are pooled to offer the best spreads to our traders.

  • Can I visit your offices?

    Yes, you can visit AxiTrader in person but you will first need to book an appointment with your Account Manager.

    AxiTrader provides Live Chat support 24 hours a day during office hours, beginning Sunday 22:00 (GMT).

  • How can I get a tax statement for the year for my account?

    To create a statement using the MT4 platform, please follow the below instructions.

    1. Open the platform and login
    2. Select the ‘Account History’ tab in the ‘Terminal
    3. Right click in the middle of the terminal and select custom period

    4. Select the start and finish date for the appropriate tax period, then press ‘OK’.
    5. The history from the selected period will fill the ‘Account History’ section
    6. Right click and select ‘Save Report

  • Will you close my live account if it has a zero account balance?

    AxiTrader will not close an account with a zero balance unless it is requested by the client.

  • Does AxiTrader have FIFO trade rules?

    AxiTrader does not use a ‘First In, First Out’ method.
