AxiTrader scoops another two Forex awards
AxiTrader News - AxiTrader Team | 27 Sep 2018
Last night saw AJ Bell media host its 7th annual UK forex awards in London. A handful of the AxiTrader UK team headed down to the venue, to mix with a couple of hundred specially invited industry representatives from all sides of the industry. From the latest tech start-ups to the brokers with decades of experience, as always the event proved hugely popular.
Voting had been taking place amongst AJ Bell media readers over the summer, and we were absolutely delighted to discover we’d landed not one, but two of the trophies up for grabs at the 2018 event. Both the title of Best MT4 Broker and Most Trusted Broker were handed to AxiTrader - plaudits that each reflect our ethos of having a service that’s built by traders, for traders.
For many years, we’ve been receiving accolades for the high quality relationships we have with our clients. Back in 2013, Investment Trends badged us as no.1 for customer service in their Australian FX report, whilst in the same survey a year later we were seen as the company with the strongest brand association of being trustworthy. Last year, plaudits included being judged the most reliable forex broker at AtoZ Forex and also winner in the Investment Trends overall client satisfaction category.
It was certainly a great way to spend the evening but there will be no kicking back to relax - we’re always on a mission of providing the best possible service, day in, day out, to the Axi trading community. These awards hopefully show that we’re doing the right thing.
